Everything was simply nice. Central location next to the ballpark, restaurants and attractions and Tower City, it was in a downtown area.

We stayed 1 night and loved the unbeatable location. The double room was functional and had terrace and fridge. Everyone were ready to help, extraordinary service-minded stuff. Small garden and nice pool.

I would say it's interesting place for staying and exploring Cleveland. Separate room.

Hotel was extraordinary, I loved it. Absolutely superb view, a nice balcony, comfy bed, too. The pool was very clean. Besides, I parked on-site. Finally, the property's restaurant was small.

The hotel was perfect and clean inside, I loved it. Everything was perfectly fine, the staff were terrific. My room was beautifully maintained and the view was delightful. Efficient check-in. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was provided for the duration of my excellent stay.

The venue was clean & fairly large. The standard queen room was well furnished and well furnished, with microwave and terrace. Unobtrusive staff, was willing to help whole time. The hotel was just off Progressive Field and nice downtown Cleveland near by and restaurant thanks to its COSY location.

worth its 3 stars. friendly workers, delicious breakfast, great location. we found a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control and a private safe in the standard king room. there is restaurant gateway bar and grill at the premises.

Our bed was hard.

The beds were comfortable in our room. 10 mins walk to the center. They have on-site restaurant called Gateway Bar and Grill.

So glad we choose it, it's interesting place for staying in Cleveland. Standard king room was the best. Regards to your valet. Thoroughly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant Gateway Bar and Grill, no need to go somewhere else.

We recommend once again. Many thanks to valet! Adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Also, A Grand 1890 Mall was max 5 minutes walk to...

Great location, acceptable prices. Excellent base a vacation in Cleveland! Library Grille served dishes within 100 feet off the hotel. The parking was an advantage: )

It truly was a great experience. We visited progressive field that was not far from the hotel.

we liked everything at cleveland gateway including the food and rooms. really loved the bed, it was comfortable. breakfast was great there. would like to stay there on the next trip, if in cleveland.

If you would like to visit west side market, consider staying here. Nothing bothered me with the hotel. Downtown Cleveland district definitely deserves exploring.
